A fine photo of 40118 leaving Manchester Victoria with 1P10 10.15 train to Blackpool on 1 November 1984.   This was a strange working as far as the engine was concerned in as much as it was seemingly allocated anything handy on the day - and sometimes it was a DMU turn.
